RedViking engineering brings advanced solutions and proven implementation expertise to your next dynamic test bench requirement. We’ve designed entire fleets of multi-model and single-model test systems for military and commercial MROs. We have decades of experience building and implementing turnkey powertrain test systems and we’ll work with your teams virtually anywhere in the world.

Helicopter Test Benches

Each helicopter transmission test bench is unique. We specialise in designing multi-model systems that help our customers to reduce resource requirements. RedViking builds:

Ground Vehicle and Aerospace Testing

We don’t build off-the-shelf engine or powertrain test stands. Our customers require highly engineered solutions for multiple vehicle variants, high speed-high torque and R&D testing. We create hypoid gear test systems, transmission error test, durability test, specialty vehicle dynamometers and more.

Custom Test Bench Gearbox Design

We hold to a rigorous twelve step process that gives our customers highly durable test bench gearboxes with accurate, repeatable test data. Our design methodology has appeared in Aerospace Manufacturing & Design.

Energy Savings through Electrical or Mechanical Regeneration

RedViking is committed to sustainable manufacturing solutions and testing, and we’ll build the mechanical or electrical energy regeneration system that fits your requirements. Both options are durable, robust and will recapture up to 80% of their energy.

Vsync™ Integrated Dynamic testing software

Our proprietary dynamic testing software offers a modular, customisable, integrated approach to powertrain testing. Customers receive the Vsync platform specific to their test requirements, and then select modules such as integrated vibration analysis, equipment health monitoring, and remote system access. Don’t pay for black box software that falls short.
